Are forecasts issued for debris flows? - Agency of Rural Development and Soil and Water Conservation, MOA

Along with the weather forecast, there will be five debris flow forecasts per day (issued at 5:00, 11:00, 17:00, 20:00, and 23:00 respectively). Additional forecasts will be provided if necessary. The forecasts serve as a reference for evacuation decisions for all levels of disaster prevention units.
