Are forecasts issued for debris flows? - Agency of Rural Development and Soil and Water Conservation, MOA

Along with the weather forecast, there will be six debris flow forecasts per day (issued at 00:30, 06:30, 12:30, 15:30, 18:30, and 21:30 respectively). Additional forecasts will be provided if necessary. The forecasts serve as a reference for evacuation decisions for all levels of disaster prevention units.
