The delegation visited Starbucks TEAVANA in Osaka, renowned coffee shops, tea brand restaurants, and Shinkansen vending machines to observe tea beverage sales products and models as a reference for new tea beverage transformation.
A Taiwan Hand Drip Oolong Tea Product Launch Event was held in Osaka, with 20 participants, including four professional baristas. The event featured a cupping session of five tea varieties and an ai-yu jelly dessert experience. After the event, a press release was published, and approximately 15 Japanese media outlets reprinted articles, enhancing brand exposure.
Additionally, the delegation visited HARIO CAFE & Lampwork Factory in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, and met with the head of HARIO’s New Product Division. A hand drip tea instructor demonstrated various HARIO brewing devices, including immersion drippers, siphon brewers, and paperless coffee drippers, showcasing hot and iced tea brewing techniques. The visit aimed to foster collaboration and drive innovation in the tea beverage market.
