International Center for Land Policy Studies and Training visits the Gonglaoping

The 157th Regular Session on "Land Policy for Rural Development – Net Zero and Sustainable Development," hosted by the International Center for Land Policy Studies and Training, gathered 26 participants from 22 friendly nations worldwide. Led by Professor Chen-Fa Wu from National Chung Hsing University and Honorary Chairman Kuan-Chuan Lu from the Gonglaoping community, the participants explored various community attractions such as the headwaters of the Han river, solar power stations, orange cave dwellings, antique water pumps, ecological reservoirs, and century-old stone masonry landscapes. They also learned about the origins of Gonglaoping and its related industries, gaining insights into the promotion of Satoyama Initiatives and the achievements of community sustainable development.
