A training delegation from Belize's Cross-Ministry Rapid Response Team visited our agency's Disaster Emergency Operation Group - Agency of Rural Development and Soil and Water Conservation, MOA

The International Cooperation and Development Fund, in collaboration with Belize, is working on the project 'Establishment and Capacity Building of Disaster Warning System in the Belize River Basin.' As part of this project, a Belizean cross-ministry rapid response team was established, and its personnel underwent training in Taiwan on August 7th of the year 112 (2023). This collaborative project aims to enhance the country's pre-disaster preparedness, update foundational mapping data, implement technological monitoring techniques, manage flood-prone areas, and promote disaster preparedness knowledge.
